1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

In the event of stock unavailability or unexpected delays, customers will be notified via email/phone.


2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery within India: 3–9 working days, depending on pin code & courier availability.

Remote locations may take additional time.

We do not guarantee delivery timelines in case of delays due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or transport restrictions

  • Festivals or peak-order periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Courier logistics disruptions


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be available during offers, coupons, or minimum order value promotions.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You may track your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

If tracking is not visible within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact support.


5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The courier may attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If the customer is unavailable or address is incorrect/incomplete, the order may be returned to origin.

Re-delivery charges may apply for reshipment.


6. DAMAGED, MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

If you receive:

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship orders only within India.


8. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED ORDERS

If an order returns due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or rejection at delivery:

  • Reshipping charges may apply

  • Refund (if applicable) will exclude shipping cost
