REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how return requests, refunds, product issues and order cancellations are handled.


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–10 business days.


2. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We accept return/refund claims only under the following conditions:

Eligible For Refund Not Eligible For Refund
Damaged product received Product opened/used
Wrong item delivered Customer changes mind
Product packaging tampered on arrival Results not as expected
Expired product received Incorrect address provided by customer
Manufacturing defect detected Personal preference issues

âš  Evidence is required in all return requests.


3. HOW TO FILE A RETURN/REFUND REQUEST

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Clear photos/videos of:

    • Product received

    • Outer packaging

    • Invoice label

  3. Description of the issue

4. RETURN PICKUP PROCESS

  • If approved, a return pickup will be arranged (where serviceable).

  • Product must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Failure to provide the product at pickup will void the refund claim.


5. REFUND METHOD & TIMELINE

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval and product verification.

In rare banking or gateway delays, refund credit may take additional time.

No cash refunds are provided.


6. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer product exchanges.
If eligible, a refund will be processed and you may reorder as per convenience.


7. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an incorrect/damaged product was delivered.


8. FAIR USAGE & ABUSE PROTECTION

If repeated refund claims from the same customer are detected, future orders may be restricted to prevent policy misuse.
